Questions, corrections, and problems with a purchase

What to Reach Out About

A question or explanation looks wrong

This is the most useful message you can send. If a keyed answer looks incorrect, an explanation contradicts how a system actually works, or a specification seems off for the vehicles in question, say so. Include the subject and test number and the question number if you have them. Corrections from working technicians and instructors have already improved tests on this site.

Something on the site is broken

A test that won't load, a score that doesn't add up, a page that renders badly on your phone, a premium test that won't unlock after purchase. Mention the browser and device you were using, which makes it far faster to track down.

A purchase or unlock problem

If you paid and a subject did not unlock, email directly rather than paying again. Payments run through Stripe, and a purchase can be located and the access restored.

Instructors and training programs

If you teach automotive technology and want to use these tests with your students, get in touch. Instructor and program access can be arranged, and feedback from other instructors shapes what gets built next.

Suggestions

A subject you want covered, a question type that doesn't match what you saw on the real exam, a feature that would make studying easier. The roadmap is largely driven by what people ask for.
